Draft — not yet in force. Two values are still being settled: the operator's registered legal name and the governing law. They are shown as PENDING below rather than guessed. Until they are filled in, these documents describe how IPForge works and what it undertakes, but no effective date is claimed for them.

Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between IPForge and you, the person or organization that opens a workspace on ipforge.xyz. Using the service means accepting them.

One idea runs through all of them: IPForge measures your links, your landing pages and your authorized tests. You decide what to send, to whom, and with what notice, and you carry the responsibility that goes with that decision.

1. What IPForge is

IPForge is an owner-operated link and landing-page measurement service. It records technical delivery and interaction evidence for resources you create: a redirect link, a persistent landing page, or a tracking image.

It is not an identity service, a people-search tool, a public visitor-data feed, or a way to prove who someone is or where they were. A classification, a fingerprint, a geolocation or a network address is a measurement result — never proof of a person, an identity, a place, an intent or a consent. The integration guide defines every term the product uses, and those definitions are part of these terms.

2. Your account

You may sign in with an email address and password, with a Google account, or with a crypto wallet. One human is responsible for a workspace: keep the credentials and the wallet key to yourself, and treat everything done under your account as done by you. Tell us at admin@ipforge.xyz if you believe someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not open an account if a previous one was closed for breaking these terms.

3. Credits, payment and refunds

The service runs on credits. A new account starts with three. Creating a link or an image spends credits at the rate shown at the time; the price is displayed before you confirm.

Credits are bought with USDC on Solana, Polygon or BNB Chain. An order quotes an amount and a receiving address and expires one hour later; credits are added once the transaction is found and confirmed on that chain. Sending a different amount, a different token, or a transfer after the order expires may mean the payment cannot be matched automatically — write to admin@ipforge.xyz with the transaction hash and we will sort it out by hand.

Because settlement is on-chain and irreversible, a completed purchase is not automatically refundable. Credits have no cash value, do not expire while your account is open, and cannot be transferred between accounts. If the service fails to deliver what a credit was spent on, the credit is returned.

4. What you may not do

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. In short: measure what you own or are authorized to operate, with a clear purpose and appropriate notice or consent; never use IPForge to secretly identify, profile, locate or monitor a person, to harass, to deceive, or to collect credentials or page contents.

5. You are responsible for the people you measure

When someone opens your link, the record that is created is about them — and under data-protection law you are the controller of it, not IPForge. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for telling people what you collect, and for answering their requests. IPForge processes that data on your instructions under the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of this agreement and which you accept by using the service.

If you operate in the EU, the UK, or anywhere with comparable rules, the practical consequence is that collection has to be disclosed to the people it affects. The Privacy Policy lists in full what is collected so you can tell them accurately.

6. Custom domains

You may point a domain you control at IPForge. A certificate is issued for it only after the domain is verified. You are responsible for the domain's registration and for the content served under it, and we may stop serving a domain that is used against these terms or that stops verifying.

7. Availability, changes and beta features

IPForge is provided as it stands, without a service-level guarantee. Features change; some are marked experimental and may be removed. Measurements depend on browsers, networks and third-party behaviour that we do not control, and classifier coverage changes as those change — a result can be wrong without the service being broken.

8. Suspension, blocking and termination

A single link or image can be blocked, and an account can be suspended or closed, when we have reason to believe it breaks the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, or when a credible report says so. Blocking a link can happen immediately and without prior notice, because the harm a reported link does is done while it is live.

You will be told the reason on request, and you may reply to admin@ipforge.xyz; a block made in error is reversed. You can close your account at any time, which deletes your links, images and every capture attached to them.

9. Reports about a link

Anyone can report a ipforge.xyz link to admin@ipforge.xyz. We do not disclose the identity of a workspace owner to a reporter, and we do not disclose a reporter's identity to the owner. We respond to lawful requests from authorities in the jurisdiction named in clause 12, and we tell the account holder when we are permitted to.

10. Ownership

IPForge keeps every right in the service, its software and its brand. You keep every right in the content you publish through it. You grant only what is needed to run the service: storing and serving your links, landing pages and images, and processing the records they generate.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and IPForge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for decisions taken on the strength of a measurement. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury, or deliberate wrongdoing.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of PENDING — governing law and competent courts, and disputes are heard by its courts. This clause is being finalized; until it is, nothing here waives a consumer's right to bring a claim where they live.

13. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes and the previous version is superseded. A change that materially reduces your rights will be announced in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance; if you do not accept, close the account.

14. Who we are, and how to reach us

IPForge (ipforge.xyz) is operated by PENDING — registered legal name and address. Every notice under these terms, in either direction, may be sent to admin@ipforge.xyz.
